Copies of up-to-date vaccination certificates are required for enrolment, and will be entered onto a vaccination register which is continuously monitored ensuring that all dogs keep up to date with their vaccinations. Specifically, all dogs must be current in all required vaccinations.
Registered clients must continue to provide Pawprints with copies of their annual vaccination boosters
Please email us a scan/photo of your dog’s vaccination certificate after you’ve enrolled. Clearly showing your dogs details and vaccine information. PDF format only

MALE
We have this policy to ensure that all dogs enjoy their time with us. Many dogs are uncomfortable in the presence of unneutered dogs, regardless of the unneutered dogs temperament.
FEMALE
Female unneutered dogs are accepted at the day care centre, but we are unable to accept bitches when in season.. You need to inform us at the earliest opportunity if your bitch has come into season. If we spot this while in care with us we will separate your dog for the remainder of the day and you will be informed.
We only accept social, friendly dogs and if we are not sure about a dog, for safety reasons, we may politely decline. Along side this, your dog should meet the previous criteria outlined in our other requirements and terms and conditions.
It is important to us that all dogs enjoy their time in day care. We try our best to make the centre suitable for all, but in some cases it may not be in the best interest of your dog or our other patrons.
Therefore, we require all new clients to register with us first and then we arrange for a free half day trial session, so that we can access each dog to ensure we are the perfect fit for your pup.
We are unable to accept any dog that is not registered with us, nor has attended a trial session.
